Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of rfphound.com (the "Site") and, once it launches, the RFPhound subscription service (the "Service"). By using the Site or requesting early access, you agree to these terms.
The Site and early access
The Site is provided for information about RFPhound. Requesting early access creates no obligation on either side: you are requesting early access, and we will contact you when access is available. Founding-member pricing described on the Site applies to subscriptions started during the launch window and will be honored as described at the time you subscribe.
What RFPhound is, and is not
RFPhound aggregates, normalizes, and summarizes publicly posted procurement information. We work hard on freshness and accuracy, and we publish our source coverage honestly, but we do not guarantee that the feed contains every relevant opportunity or that every detail (deadlines, values, requirements) is error-free. The issuing agency's official solicitation documents are always the authoritative source. Verify dates and requirements there before bidding. RFPhound is a discovery tool, not legal, contracting, or proposal advice.
AI-generated content
Summaries, classifications, and fit scores in the Service are generated by machine. They exist to speed up triage, not to replace reading the underlying solicitation. Decisions you make based on them are yours.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the Site or Service.
- Do not resell or republish Service data feeds without written permission.
- API access (Pack plan) is subject to documented rate limits.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans, when available, bill monthly or annually as selected. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the paid period. Annual plans renew yearly with renewal reminders, and renewal can be turned off at any time. Pricing changes never apply retroactively to an active term, and founding-member rates persist for as long as the subscription remains active.
Intellectual property
The RFPhound name, mark, and Site content belong to RFPhound. Underlying government solicitation documents are public records belonging to their issuing agencies.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site and Service are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFPhound is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed opportunities, arising from use of the Site or Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and subscribers will be notified by email.
