Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 10, 2026
RFPhound wants every visitor, including people using assistive technology, to be able to read this site, compare plans, and sign up for early access without barriers. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for rfphound.com.
What is built in
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page.
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Color pairings chosen for WCAG AA contrast on text.
- Forms with programmatically associated labels and status messages.
- Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your system requests it.
- Fully keyboard-navigable menus, accordions, and forms.
The accessibility widget
Every page includes an on-page accessibility widget (the button in the corner of your screen) offering larger text, high contrast, reduced motion, a reading guide, and other adjustments. Preferences are stored only in your own browser.
Known limitations
The sample feed preview on the home page uses small monospace type by design; the same information is available in the surrounding text, and the widget's text-size control enlarges it. If you find anything else that does not work with your assistive technology, we want to know.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, email accessibility@rfphound.com with the page URL and a short description of the problem. Reports go to the founder and we aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
